Monitoring, Evaluations, and Learning
Since 2010, ME&A has conducted over 70 evaluations and assessments in more than 30 countries for USAID, the U.S. Department of State and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). They cover a wide spectrum: agriculture, health, HIV/AIDS, economic development, media, microfinance, democracy, human rights and governance, education, violence against women, gender, youth development, water management, energy and the environment, among others.
Learning Session in El Salvador
ME&A holds a half dozen Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC/IDIQ) with USAID and MCC to provide solutions for clients who require innovative approaches to address evaluation, assessment, indicator identification, performance monitoring, and learning. Among these are: USAID’s Policy, Planning and Learning-Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL-LER) IDIQ Contract to provide evaluation, monitoring and assessment services for its Missions, Bureaus and Offices worldwide; Feed the Future Global Program Evaluation for Effectiveness and Learning (PEEL); El Salvador Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Project (M&E&L); Food for Peace Evaluation and Learning Mechanism (EVELYN), and the USAID/Georgia Evaluation Mechanism IQC.
