ME&A is a leader in the development and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM). At ME&A we believe that KM encompasses getting the right knowledge to the right people at the right time. As information and communications explode exponentially across the globe a systematic strategy for KM becomes imperative. KM enables individuals, teams and organizations to collectively and systematically create, capture, share and learn knowledge to better achieve their strategic objectives. When supported by management and implemented systemically, KM contributes significant value both internally and externally through collaboration among partners and application of lessons learned.
