ME&A Seeks Local Firm for Population-based Surveys in Bangladesh

ME&A is soliciting to select a local firm in Bangladesh to conduct population-based surveys (PBS) in select areas of the country for the USAID Food for Peace, Evaluation and Leaning (EVELYN) Mechanism. A copy of the RFQ as well as a budget template can be found below. This information is also available on the DEVEX website.  The deadline for offers is August 28, 2017 (6:00 pm, EST).

ME&A, along with its subcontractors ICF, NORC, Abt Associates and TANGO, currently implements the EVELYN Mechanism under contract to USAID.
