Team Leader (PITA)
Position Summary
ME&A is recruiting a Team Leader for the Mid-Term Performance Evaluation for the Promoting Integration, Tolerance and Awareness (PITA) project implemented in Georgia, Tbilisi. The purpose of this mid-term performance evaluation is to examine the progress of PITA’s activities to date, evaluate the prospect for achieving life-of-project results, and identify if any changes need to take place to ensure the latter. The results of the evaluation will be used by USAID/Georgia for improving ongoing interventions in the area of national integration and tolerance, and make relevant shifts and changes at the mid-point of implementation, if needed.
Education and Experience
- The Team Leader must have demonstrated experience in conducting evaluations and assessments in the area of tolerance, ethnic, religious and civic integration.
- Must have at least a master’s level education in the field of political science, public policy, public administration, or other relevant field.
- Must have over 8 years of demonstrated experience working on the issues of ethnic and religious minorities, and broader diversity issues, including work with youth.
- Experience in Georgia and/or in the Europe and Eurasia region will be an advantage but is not required.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluency in English language is required.
