Monitoring & Evaluation IDIQ Contract
ME&A is a prime contractor to USAID on the new Policy, Planning and Learning-Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL-LER) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide evaluation, monitoring and assessment services for USAID missions and offices worldwide. This is a multiple award IDIQ with an overall ceiling of $455 million.
Under this Monitoring and Evaluation IDIQ, ME&A will provide USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning (USAID/PPL) technical and advisory services for performance and impact evaluations, evaluation and performance monitoring capacity building, and performance monitoring activities, at the mission, bureau, and Agency-wide levels.
Tasks will include designing and implementing both quantitative and qualitative evaluation studies and assessments; developing and delivering evaluation and performance monitoring training, and providing technical assistance in performance monitoring of USAID development programs worldwide.
This is a follow-on contract to USAID’s Evaluation Services IQC, which ME&A held from September 2009 through March 2015, completing more than 30 evaluations worldwide. For more information and a complete list of ME&A’s past evaluations and assessments click here.
