Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

ME&A is currently recruiting for a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist/Program Manager who will be part of the ME&A’s Evaluation Team based in Bethesda, MD.  This is a full time position.  The individual shall assist the Leader of the Evaluation Team in writing proposals, providing technical direction and overall guidance for all M&E activities, supervise the work of other staff, draft budgets, and track and manage invoices and submission of deliverables. The candidate must have: 

• At least 10 years of experience in designing and conducting program management and evaluations
• A Masters degree
• Excellent writing skills
• Familiarity with proposal writing
• Ability to deliver a quality written product
