Monitoring and Evaluation Projects
Since 2010, ME&A has conducted more than 60 evaluations and assessments in over 25 countries for USAID, MCC and the U.S. Department of State under USAID's Evaluation Services IQC, the Caucasus Mission Evaluation IQC, PSS MOBIS, PEEL, and other federal contracts. Using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, ME&A has successfully completed evaluations covering a wide variety of topics including agriculture, health, HIV/AIDS, economic development, media, microfinance, local governance, water management, energy and the environment, among others.
