Strengthening Tenure and Resources Rights (STARR) IQC

EthiopiaME&A holds the USAID Strengthening Tenure and Resources Rights (STARR) IQC as a subcontractor to Tetra Tech International Development. STARR is a five-year program anticipated to run from 2012 to 2017 with an estimated shared ceiling of $700,000,000 designed to address resource tenure issues in support of key U.S. Government strategic objectives. STARR provides short and long-term technical assistance in response to the needs and opportunities available for improving security of property rights and increasing land access.

Kosovo PRP (420x279)Currently ME&A is participating in the implementation of the Ethiopia Land Administration to Nurture Development (LAND) Program, the Colombia Land and Rural Development Program, and the Kosovo Property Rights Program, with Tetra Tech.
