ME&A Expands International Evaluation Capability
The PEEL contract will permit ME&A to expand its existing evaluation and assessment capability by supporting USAID’s Bureau for Food Security with empirical evidence through population based surveys, and performance and impact evaluation services.
Since 2010, ME&A has conducted more than 60 evaluations and assessments in over 25 countries for USAID, MCC and the U.S. Department of State under USAID's Evaluation Services IQC, the Caucasus Mission Evaluation IQC, PSS/MOBIS, and now PEEL. Using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, ME&A has successfully completed evaluations covering a variety of topics including agriculture, health, HIV/AIDS, economic development, media, microfinance, local governance, water management, energy and the environment, among others.
