Making Cities Work (MCW) IDIQ Contract

Making Cities Work IDIQ Brochure vf Page 1ME&A is a subcontractor to Deloitte under the Making Cities Work, (MCW) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. MCW is a five-year program anticipated to run from 2014 to 2019 with an estimated shared ceiling of $650 million.

Clean water, sanitation, and transportation are not only needed public services. They are catalysts for inclusive economic growth and investment, and form the basis for cooperation among government, citizens and other stakeholders. Funding gaps for these essential services are a real constraint that can be filled with cost-effective delivery models and new methods of project financing through partnerships, capital markets, and the private sector.

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has developed the MCW IDIQ to respond to these challenges. ME&A is pleased to support Deloitte and USAID on the MCW IDIQ and to work with USAID missions and offices to tackle some of the largest development challenges of the 21st Century.
