Evaluations, Assessments and Performance Monitoring

IMG_0330Since 2010, ME&A has conducted more than 60 evaluations and assessments in over 25 countries for USAID, the U.S. Department of State and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). They cover a wide spectrum: e.g. agriculture, health, HIV/AIDS, economic development, media, microfinance, local governance, education, violence against women, youth, water management, energy and the environment, among others.

Currently, ME&A holds five Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC/IDIQ) with USAID and MCC to provide solutions for clients who require innovative approaches to address evaluation, assessment, indicator identification, and performance monitoring. Among these, are USAID’s new Policy, Planning and Learning-Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL-LER) IDIQ Contract to provide evaluation, monitoring and assessment services for its Missions, Bureaus and Offices worldwide and the Feed the Future Global Program Evaluation for Effectiveness and Learning (PEEL) Task Order.
