ME&A creates solutions for clients who require learning services and improved employee performance in support of Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD). ME&A holds USAID's HICDpro Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. ME&A curently implements the Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development 2020 Activity (HICD 2020).
